'GraniteCourt' embarked on a journey with the vision of delivering true Neapolitan pizzas to Via Toledo. Established by the Rossi lineage in 1985, our establishment began as a quaint, family-oriented enterprise, boasting recipes that span generations.

Marco Rossi, our patriarch, mastered the craft of pizza creation while exploring Italy, especially from expert pizzaiolos in Naples, the homeland of pizza. Return to the UK saw a commitment to reproduce classic Italian pizza magic, using age-old techniques and premium ingredients.

Our journey started with just 12 seats and evolved into a cherished neighborhood fixture, while our insistence on excellence and genuinity remained intact. We continue using ancestral wood-fired oven methods, preparing our dough from scratch each day, and selecting only the best ingredients.

Presently, 'GraniteCourt' is still in the hands of its founding family, with a second generation of the Rossi family navigating our impassioned staff. Despite integrating some contemporary advancements, the essence of our operation continues: forging delectable, authentic pizzas that evoke communal bonds.
